Library proposal in Dallas could bring extra funding to budget-crunched city 📚️
A proposal presented to a City Council committee this Spring would be a public-private partnership to add housing to library sites.
Under each plan, a private developer would construct a mixed-use building with the library on the ground floor and apartments above, with a share of the revenue flowing back to the city.
