What is your last minute food go-to?
I make turkey picadillo and freeze it. It’s traditionally served with rice and beans. I added blanched broccoli this time. Sometimes I add leftover rice or rice noodles.

I have not finished it yet, but I am reading Brian Bilston's How to lay an egg with a horse inside. I'd really recommend it to all poetry readers and writers. It's a lovely guide to writing poetry, and as a bonus you get to read more of his poetry. @brianbilston

While the manual notes one should listen to a stream, you can also try listening to butterflies or cars going by.
