I amused by the many hand-wringing articles recently written that claim her run would be a nightmare scenario for Democrats. There’s one in today’s #DailyBeast, "Jasmine Crockett’s Senate Run Could Be a Nightmare for Democrats”.
I’m reminded of similar articles and pundit diatribes regarding Zohran Mamdani running for the mayor of New York City.
Jasmine Crockett is a breath of fresh air in the very stale state of Texas. I’d be happy to vote for her.

Donald Trump is in poor physical health.
Kind of like saying the sun will rise in the morning. Pretty obvious statement of the facts we witness every day.
Trump posted, "I actually believe it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean ‘THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES’”.
By this Trump assertion, of course, Trump performed acts of sedition and treason when he made statements that “libel[ed] and demean[ed]” Presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
