#dAI without storage is possible. That means that an #Encrypted application can live on #Complicit hardware and stay #Private. If it's running on a blockchain, it's unbreakable. It's also transparent. Everything can be traced. You want accountability? Put the #Federal #Books on a #Blockchain.
