Whereas false negatives are less likely to have negative consequences *for the platform* because users will simply assume original advice was fine but symptoms have changed.And health services don't usually ask: Why didn't you come in earlier? So they will never spot the impact of the platform.
OK, I am very #cynical. But nothing like this is launched without conscious choices about weighting false negatives vs positives.

11 days ago Senator Joni Ernst posted an insincere walk-back on YouTube of her previous statement that “we are all going to die.” She #accused her audience of believing that humans will never face death. That is not the issue. The issue is her disregard for the well-being of all US residents and her disrespect for those who care about the #poor and the #needy.
There is a big difference between dying a natural death and dying because you had no access to healthcare. These two situations are not equal. Ernst went on to compare concerns about bare minimum healthcare #Medicaid and value of a human life to believing in the #ToothFairy. Ernst’s true #cynical, disrespectful convictions were even more emphasized by her recommendation to believe in ‘her [supposed] Lord and savior, Jesus Christ’. Her attitude could not be more different from the historic Jesus in her disregard for the needy.
I am so glad that Senator #Ernst revealed her true, hard heart and cynicism!

REMEMBER, the Nazis were horrifically #racist! They wanted to conquer the world and rule over any "nonGermans" as #oppressors. This #racism and aspiration to conquer the world were in direct opposition with the principles of Marxism.

I always disliked #MarkTwain or at least thought I did.
I hate #narcissists and #manipulators and he always seemed very high on those two traits.
What I just found out is that in his later years he was very #cynical, to the point of #mocking all of the #Abrahamic #religions! This is after god creates earth:
