  19. There is no shortage of tools and solutions in cybersecurity, but there is a shortage of people.

    I’ve sat across from talented professionals who didn’t think they were ‘cyber material’ because they lacked traditional experience. That mindset costs us great people.

    ✅ A junior sysadmin who built out processes? That’s risk management.

    ✅ A developer who fixed messy code? That’s vulnerability reduction.

    Sometimes, we just need to help people see it.
