Glad to have an opportunity to get in an outdoor ride this evening after work. It was super windy when I left, but dropping down into the valley in the #CVNP helped get a little shelter from it. Makes the 12 minute climb back up to my house at the end worth it.

#Hiked Adams Run Trail near #Akron last Saturday. Pretty nice little 3.3 mile loop with some stream crossings and moderate hill climbs. It was pretty nice after the rain that had passed through and wasnt too muddy, though all the fungi had melted from it. Took the new #FujiFilm #100Sii camera out too, love this camera so far. Need to work on exporting from CaptureOne in better quality in a reasonable size.

With "no existing trail" this is a moderate hike over slippery rocks and trees along the riverbed in a ravine.

The day I went was dry so no twin waterfalls but still an impressive 70 foot drop over thin shale.
