Our SaaS customers receive regular updates four times a year. We recently deployed version 24.11 of Koha, and everything went smoothly.
Today, one of our customers submitted a ticket entitled ‘Koha update’. Had we missed a problem?Not at all. Here is the content of the ticket: ‘No issues with the latest update. We have not noticed any anomalies or corrections to be made at this time. Kind regards.’
