    It’s emblematic of a society which relies on technology to fix customer problems. The more we rely on ‘code’ to resolve issue, the less likely are ‘human’ contact willing to step out of the technology bubble and ‘actually’ help the customer. The same attitude is reflected up and down the lines of responsibilities.

    As complainants, we can only hope to land on someone community-minded enough to provide the assistance required. A sorry state of affair which, unfortunately, will not get any better if lived experience is any guide.
