How doers don't get things done.

I needed to buy an orbital sander and the only local option is Home Depot. I found the model I wanted but there were no boxed units on the shelf. I went to customer service and stood in an eight-deep line for one customer rep. Two guys walked right up and cut the line. The rep let them get away with it - so I left.

I bought the sander on Amazon when I got home. I don't like Amazon but at least their self-checkout is easier. 🙄
