A well-oiled machine:
I ordered an HDR. Welforces shipped an MDR. Via email I pointed this out and they said they'd send me a return courier bag and when they had the wrong one back they'd send me the right one. I told them this was their mistake and that they'd send the right one right now.
I just got an email with a shipping confirmation saying that they'd shipped THE WRONG ONE today. I called them and they explained they had shipped the correct one this time but because the paperwork that came with the wrong one was for the right one they had to, for stock control purposes account for the wrong one. I thanked them for the explanation but that told them that this is not helpful from a customer perspective. 😡

I cancelled #Xfinity this morning. The #CustomerCare agent did not suck. I've heard so many stories of them sucking during this process. I've had my own experience with them sucking in one way or another. But he didn't suck. He warned me I'd be getting a survey TXT.

2/2 the noon on doctor's orders, or when I'm having a bath, etc. Even worse - I cannot call back on the number since they have made it outgoing calls only!
At this point, I don't think self-service customer care is AI-ready. 'Customer support with a human' can well be a marketable USP that could drive interest and adoption, for any brand!

Frustrated as I have to keep fighting with #Airtel #customercare over email explaining them that more than 1 people in the world can have the same name but not everyone of them are their customer.
They are continuously sending their customer's private data to me over email. I wish India had a proper department where I could complain.

Wouldn't it be a lot more helpful if Boat and Ola had a running countdown of the number of warranty claims and refunds that are left per day/month on their website/app so that people can—like they do with IRCTC ticket booking—plan their warranty claims and refunds accordingly? 😒

Almost every customer care call or chat I have these days includes, after solving or not solving my issue (the reason for my call/chat), "Is there anything else that I can help you with?". It briefly stumps me, since I will anyway bring up if there was indeed 'anything else'. The quip seems so bland and templatized. I think this dialog could be safely removed from the customer care script.

Every year, once a year, Nat West sends me a printed statement for an account that I have no memory of opening, and have never used.
This year, I thought I'd save them the trouble, and phoned to close the account.
I just wasted ten minutes of my life on hold trying to save them time and money. No answer.
Screw it. I'll just keep throwing the annual statement away every year. It's no skin of my nose.

I don’t generally miss #Twitter but I’m realizing the #customercare piece really served a psychological function. Now that I’ve stopped using Twitter, customer service irritants that I used to resolve by tweet linger and annoy me.

This, after they discriminated against me as a Deaf customer (“my supervisor will call you”) and assumed I have $1300 to put on hold to get a replacement device even though I’ve paid for Apple Care. I told them multiple times throughout the chat that I was not happy with the support I was given and was actually pretty angry. This is so incredibly inappropriate.

Gli ERP sono sistemi integrati avanzati per la gestione del proprio business e indispensabili in determinati contesti.
Nel mondo del software libero ce ne sono pochissimi con licenza interamente libera. Uno di questi è ERPNext: https://github.com/frappe/erpnextValide alternative, ma più limitate, sono Odoo e SuiteCRM.
PS: Anche noi lo stiamo utilizzando da alcune settimane 😃
