Custard apples or Seethaphal are a tropical fruit from South America. They are grown and eaten a lot in Asia too. The fruit is sweet and creamy when ripe. It tastes very nice when eaten raw or can be made in to ice cream too. We are slicing off the outer skin of the custard apple and collecting the kernels inside it.
