They have postal banking in France and I've been in some of the outlets. They're crowded and so obviously they are popular.
We need to think outside the corporation and glad to see this discussion opening up.

The government ordering CUPW back to work is exactly what Canada Post wanted, wait it out until the government steps in.
Make no mistake, your rights to collective bargaining are being trampled here. Canada Post does not want to pay full-time employees, they want gig workers, they want profits, they want happy shareholders.
Canadians need to make a living wage, we need health insurance for things not covered under UH, and we need guarantees that the next generation entering the workplace gets full-time employment and live a life, not a grind.
General. Strike. Now.

A reminder that Canada Post is not negotiating in good faith. They are purposely working against the negotiations to put Canadians against Posties.
The end goal is obvious - Canada Post wants gig workers, not a union. Canada Post wants to pay people as little as possible while removing services, refusing to evolve into a proper and modern postal service. They want to leave rural communities, just like the banks have.
We can't keep letting this happen.

Postal workers in Canada are on strike!
The post office is an essential service, and the workers who provide that service have good jobs because of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Postal jobs should remain good jobs!
