We tea drinkers are a bit weird. Not unusual among us is:
"Whew, that's a blistering hot day for outdoor work in the sun! I'm roasted! Put the kettle on for a cuppa, will you?"

#Tea is to be made with freshly #boiling water, right? So in the course of my life I probably switch the #kettle on at least twice for every cup/pot of tea because when it has just #boiled I am away doing something else. This wastes #energy #electricity. Why do kettles not sound an alarm 1 minute before finishing boiling or not allow one to set in how many minutes you need freshly boiling water. One #cuppa one boiling cycle.
