Dear John Eastman, Andrew really thinks you should flip while you can.
Andrew reminds us that Eastman architected the insurrection and put it in writing. Not a family-friendly episode (language), but violent overthrow of the government usually isn't family-friendly
They cover GA grand juries and whether findings might become public
The 5th Amendment, the other part, comes into play

CW: #CleanUpOnAisle45 *spoilers*
For tomorrow's episode
They wonder if Katie Hobbs will be declared winner in AZ governor's race before the episode comes out. Why, yes, yes she was :)
They cover the new made up dicta of: That which has been stolen is now personal.
They also read a $2 ad for joining Mastodon :)
Haven't yet found #CUOA45 on the Fediverse, nor AG, Andrew or #OApod , but #MSW might have joined us

CW: #USpol Krakens
Kraken lawyer sanctions was topic this week on Clean Up on Aisle 45
The #KrakenLawyers must all take 12 hours of continuing legal education ( in addition to the 6 hours of schooling in the sanctions hearing )
it seems they have to take the classes even if they get disbarred
guest Kirschner mentioned the Krakens seemed to only open their mouths to insert the other foot
judge's rulling has a section, "Why you didn't need an evidentiary hearing"

CW: #USpol Kraken comedy
Legal comedic gold this week with Kraken coverage from Clean Up On Aisle 45 #podcast
AG (Muller, She Wrote) and Andrew Torrez (Opening Arguments) covered the #Kraken hearing in Michigan the day it happened
more in depth than the #Maddow coverage and covers the legal aspects
That hearing was slapstick and schtick before anyone made comments
There's also reference to #CatLawyer
