  1. Still make really great udon noodles soup, and I still make really good ramen soup, all from scratch. I think if I ever go camping again, or if I ever restart Sage and Ember, my idea of a supper club, it's all just going to be Japanese experimentation and fusions. I seem to be really good at the cultural anthropology and appreciation of other people's cuisines, but then again I am a bohemian, so why would I not respect other people's cultures? Especially when cooking. Anyway, as a small town boy, I should open up a ramen shop, is what I'm trying to say.

  6. Here we go again with another Western-sensitivity called #CulturalAppropriation. Who are these "International" "fans" whining about cultural appropriation? If they grew up in the Western world, ignore them. If they grew up in Pacific-Asia, shame on them. It's #CulturalAPPRECIATION. #Kpop

  7. I am with the Koreans on this issue. I am not defending Koreans, or the company and the group (I don't even know the group). But if the whiners are Pacific-Asians, shame on you for bringing Western sensitivities in Pacific-Asia. It is #CulturalAPPRECIATION not cultural appropriation / theft.

  15. The few Irish folk that I’ve ever met were all awesome hilariously funny storytellers. David Nihill takes it to another level. If you haven’t seen him on the bigger social medias yet, his new YouTube special is epic! 🤣🤣🤣

And I was just reading the comments and blown away seeing that he made and funded it himself. Defnly worth a watch
