Spent my working day on a Win 11 box. It is horrendous indeed.
The good part: I was sacrificing that Thinkpad to Crux Linux. Test install was completed successfully; I built htop and zsh just to learn. Now trying a kernel update. Needless to say my favorite ports repo is Portastrophe, by @jloc0 . The usual cool niceties. Inching towards a final install, with Niri, fuzzel, ghostty, you get it 😎 TGIT, so I can have a beer later on. 🍻
