This Guy came from just down the road from me, and also taught me at primary school. He had lots of comedy Albums but later went back to folk singing and writing. He once appeared on Top of the Pops with his own composition, the Rochdale Cowboy.

Here is one of his shows in Leeds. He is still going but now lives on the wrong side of the Pennines.

Very funny, but some of the material may be of its time, and said in total innocence for the time.

I'm Pam, nearly 64 (at time of writing), from the #Crumpsall (wiki it) Area of #Manchester. I like to talk #politics and #activism . Sometimes I'm controversial, sometimes not. I'm old school lefty. Ie not far left, and not on the right where some pretend to be on the left. I'm probably round about Clement #Attlee or Harold #Wilson or Jeremy #Corbyn on the real centre left but on certain issues it's variable.

I support #LGBT+ issues and like to educate and inform if I know what I'm talking about, or give opinions if I don't know as much as I think I do.

Love Music, but my favourite genres is #rock of all types except Metal and Thrash, particularly from the 1950s to the early 1980s. Favourite Radio Stations are #RadioCarolineFlashback and #BoomRadio with a little #MagicAtTheMusicals

I'm an atheist so will challenge godbotherers from time to time.

Tend to stand with the underdogs.
