It took more than 12 minutes.
They were all knee push-ups.
Sets of 20 became sets of 10 halfway through.
They were laughably shallow by the end.

Attended the #WithernseaParkRun today. It was the 1st birthday of the event, which seemed to boost the numbers somewhat. Fun day, and there was cake!

Attended the 3rd event at the Woodlands #Parkrun in #Scarborough. They have modified the course slightly, moving the "twiddle in the middle" to the return leg. Quite enjoyed it!

Was a bit misty, but still really warm. 296 in attendance.
