🧵 1 Here we are, more or less halfway between Winter Solstice + Spring Equinox! (Thanks to @mirabilos I've recently learned more about the calculation of #CrossQuarter Days: it's not so straightforward!)
Anyway, for me a general idea of mid-way works- I'll make my natural observations over several days anyway, and if I have time/ energy for ritual, it will depend on work/weather!

We're approaching the northern summer/autumn #CrossQuarter, while in the south, winter begins to release it's grip as the winter/spring cross is nearly here.

This is sometimes called the #Thermistice - when the summer warmth or winter chill are at their strongest.
