Question: if you have two #mikrotik #switches with #VLAN enabled (CRS317-1G-16S+RM) and you want to connect them via a #crosslink (sfpplus-16), to have a #failover switch (Debian uses tagged VLAN via bond0 with active-backup) and it works only, if you don't have VLAN at all, what can be the issue ? It works only if all Hosts have the active NIC on the same switch. If Host 1 has active on Switch 1 and Host 2 on Switch 2, network stops between them. Btw: MLAG is broken on #mikrotik since years.

#London #CrossLink was a very useful railway service when I lived in #Brentford and wanted to get to #Camden . It was too far ahead of its time, the railways weren't geared up to allow third party services so it couldn't get many timetable slots and closed after a couple of years.

Non pas en le basant sur les profils, mais (un peu comme Keybase) sur des preuves publiées : Sur Twitter je posterais « #crosslink [email protected] » et « #crosslink [email protected] » sur Mastodon.Un outil en ligne pourrait chercher et conserver (pour les comptes qui le souhaitent et pour une durée déterminée) ces liens croisées, et ainsi offrir un annuaire "fiable".
