  1. ‘Information literacy: social class perspectives — at LILAC 2024’: preater.com/2024/04/19/informa

We’ve written a follow-up blog post for our @Infolitgroup #lilac24 panel to address more of the themes, comments and questions that we couldn't cover on the day.

Huge thanks to the contributors to our Padlet ahead of time and in the session. Our call to action is for all of us, regardless of social class background, to continue these conversations in our own libraries and communities.

  6. A few years ago over on the dear old birdsite I asked if there are any library strategic plans that reference critical information literacy, or critical librarianship.

My finest librarianly searching has not found any more since. Does anyone know of any? (Other than University of West London - keeping it real! 💙)

@DFlynnLib, Teresa, @rosiehare and Krishna were a fabulous team of researchers and coauthors.
