National Night Out in Bridgeport with my wife, who was working the event as one of the deputies, and Jersey, our Crisis K9. Between the MedEvac helicopter, fire trucks, the Sheriff’s BearCat, and meeting everyone who stopped by, it was a great night. It’s nice seeing first responders and the community hanging out together for reasons that don’t involve flashing lights and bad news.
