What former President #Trump's conviction means, is that even a former #President isn't above the laws of the United States, and he can be held #criminally #liable for the #crimes he has committed.
This isn't a very high standard we are holding the former President to. As a matter of fact, it's the same standard we hold all people to. If the #Republicans cannot understand that, it's their fucking problem. Deal with it in an adult way, please.

Trump could face criminal charges in New York over porn star payment
Prosecutors in New York City have indicated to attorneys for former President Donald #Trump that he could be #criminally #charged in connection with a #hush #money payment to porn star #Stormy #Daniels on his behalf #before the 2016 presidential #election, a new report said.
The New York Times reported that Trump was offered the opportunity to testify next week to the grand jury that has been collecting evidence and hearing testimony for the criminal probe.
