ça me rappelle, qu'on avait vu un reportage de quelqu'un qui n'arrêtait pas de dire "crêpe salée" pour galette. Je sais pas d'ou ça lui est venu. Si j'ai déjà entendu dire crêpe sucrée pour crêpe de froment, l'usage de crêpe salée, pour moi ce serait uniquement pour une crêpe de froment garni d'un truc salé.
Comme quand on dit galette sucrée, c'est pour dire une galette/crêpe de blé noir/sarrasin garni d'un truc sucré.

Samedi, Il y avait trop de gens sur le marché, rupture de stock de crêpe là ou on se prend notre galette tous les samedi midi.
Donc OBLIGEE de prendre une galette en dessert. Et évidement, j'ai trouvé ça bien meilleur qu'une crêpe ( le sucre m'écoeure vite )

2:1 oat flour to wheat flour, an egg, a splash of milk, a buncha herbs and spices and a little bit of garlic and a tiny bit of ginger, blended it all, oiled up frying pan, let it cook slowly, flip and steam with a lid, fill with cream cheese
