Anyone else using #Adobe #CreativeSuite have a problem with the apps not accepting any mouseclicks along the periphery of windows? For instance, when I try to resize a window at the bottom right, it just passes the click through to whatever is behind it. Same with trying to click on a tool on the left side tool palette; it just clicks the window underneath and I can't choose a tool. #MacOS

Wow, this is alarming. Anyone using Adobe Creative Suite needs to be aware of how Adobe is using their images without explicit, active consent. Especially if you're a professional who makes a living licensing your images, or if you're working on content covered by NDAs, you need to be fully aware that you may be paying for the privilege to license the products of your labour to a billion dollar tech company who will just sell the results of that exploitation back to you again, without ever asking you about it.

I know it's a giant pain, and a loss of productivity (and so a real cost) to dump Adobe, but it may be time to consider making that investment. If you can't afford to break free of vendor lockin right now, you should at least raise hell on your socials about their opt-out policies. #Photography, #Photographers, #Artists, #DigitalArt, #Filmography, #Adobe, #CreativeSuite, #Photoshop, #Premiere, #Lightroom, #AI, #OptOut, #CreateDontScrape
