When I talk about being an #OKR Activist, or about OKRs as an anti-gaslighting mechanism at work, this is what I’m talking about.
Clear expectations. Empirically verifiable targets and progress data. Clear lines of shared and individual accountability. A culture of curiosity and learning where everyone has room to fail in the good faith pursuit of progress — instead of only certain people “failing upward.”
