Born & raised in Louisiana and this has only just now occurred to me:
Why do we not do bread with boiled crawfish? We do bread with boiled shrimp. Crackers or bread with crabs, oysters, fish... heck, we have a whole seafood poboy industry of seafood-and-bread combinations.But I've never had bread of any kind at a crawfish boil. Potatoes, corn, garlic... sure. But never any kind of bread.
