@llanciawn #Crapita were in charge of 'administering' my late mother's private pension from her employers.

They overpaid by 2 weeks when she died and then held up probate until they were refunded.

Stingy beggars.

Reading bits of the ICO's report (and penalty notice) into Capita's data leak a couple of years back - 58 hours to respond to a P2 alert, not meeting ANY SLA in the 6 months before or after the incident. Impressively negligent. Finally dawned that it's the same #Crapita system as used by another one of my pensions, despite the providers having completely different names etc. Interestingly I did not receive a security breach notice from Capita for this second pension.

The 3 character stuff really encourages selection of less secure passwords and/or copying of a password en claire to work out character positions. 2/2
