  11. First pull of At the Märzen of Madness. Nice flavor and aroma with just the right amount of bittering. Head retention is a bit weak, but other than that it's damned fine. There's a 1/2 barrel of it so it'll be on tap for a while.

  18. I present the first (immature) pour of Beer and Back Again, A Hobbit's Ale. Slightly Smoky on the nose more so on the tongue thanks to a smoked barley addition.   19. I present: Comrade Stand. Got a new stainless steel table to hold equipment in the brewery area. Replaced a homemade wooden table that was lovingly called Janko stand, because it was kinda janky. New has space to store kegs underneath so it's a big upgrade. #beer #HomeBrewing #CraftBrewing

    OG was 1.090 currently sitting at 1.020 (9%) and still actively fermenting. I'll let it go another day or so and then crash it, don't want it too strong.
