But even the #Bavaria ns have great #craftbeers. This is Köbi from Königsbrunn, brewed with 5 different sorts of malt, including a smoked one.
Very dense, very powerful (8.5%), decently hoppy, and far away from Belgian abbey beers (which I personally do not prefer).

Hazy #IPA s are one of my favorites, which are oftenly called #NEIPA. @InterRausch brought some English #craftbeers to our place a few months ago, and I postponed trying this one until tonight.
I really love this #NothernMonk "Transient" hazy #DDH #IPA, because it has these fruity aromas, but with the right amount of bitterness and thrust (7.0%).

More #craftbeers from our weekend in #Zeeland.
Third one is a dark Gouverneur #Dubbel by the Lindenboom brewery in Neer. Although the label says "#Beer from here", Neer is not even close to Zeeland.
Nevertheless, it was a nice discovery, since it has 6.5% of alcohol and a pleasant caramel note without the pushy sweetness of trappist and other abbey beers.

But you'll probably will enjoy the different traditional beers from the southern and western part of the country.
In the rest of Germany, #Pilsner is the most prevalent one. Not bad, but not really diversified.
#CraftBeers are sometimes great, but actually do not have a long history here.
You definitely should avoid #Oktoberfest in Munich if you want to TASTE beer rather than enjoying the alcohol.

I usually don’t gravitate toward a pilsner, but am enjoying this one I got in a mixed pack from Brooklyn Brewery. Crisp and refreshing, slight hint of lemon.
I’ve had Brooklyn Brewery in the rotation here in 2022. Good beer, and after reading about the Brewmaster Garrett Oliver, definitely a place to support. He’s a Black brewmaster that has gotten a lot of deserved recognition for his work. You don’t see a lot of diversity in top roles in the beverage business. #craftbeers #DEI #beer #drinks -

Oh balls, Wild Beer Company has gone into administration. Over the years they made some excellent #craftbeers Including Sleeping Lemons and Millionaire Stout. I also loved Jambo, with it's vast jammy flavour.
