It's the small things that you notice.

In #Debian13 I've noticed that the patience solving engine in #kpat is a lot better. #rawtherapee knows how to read the #EXIF data from a #Canon #CR3 file.

I know there are thousands and thousands of other changes, but it's odd what you notice.

The #Konsole profile selector still doesn't work and #kmail refuses to start on the screen I want it to, but I can live with that.

I can't get Rawtherapee to import the Spinnaker tower properly at night when it's blue - the result in GIMP is always way too blue. The embedded JPEG in the #CR3 is fine though...

I'm starting to get caught up on my backlog of #AuGhost #AuGhost2023 drawings, oh no! Day 10 is Maze, and I decided to mess around with some of the foliage/organic brushes available on Procreate to imply a hedge maze that she's walking through.

I started drawing her with Laudna, from #CriticalRole #CR3, on my mind — who is delightfully creepy and ghostly in her own way.

The deeper you go in the maze, the darker and darker it gets. Where could she be leading you?

I'm preparing to release the first version of #dnglab - a utility to convert camera raw files to #DNG, written in #Rust.

It only supports the new #canon #cr3 file format for now, so #Linux users can use the new cameras even Canon won't provide support for them. Other formats coming soon.
