Kindersicherungs-Aufkleber bei #CR2032-Knopfzellen bringen so rein gar nichts, wenn die #Knopfzellen erst in Pappe versteckt und dann in zwei Lagen Kunstoff eingeschweisst und somit komplett eins mit dem Plastik sind.
Wenn man die #Knopfzelle endlich befreit hat, ist das schützenswerte Kind fast volljährig. Verpackungsdesign of #Death, es ist unglaublich... 😠

Such luck! Accidentally found #CR2032 batteries that you can buy without a package. I'll have to think about storage a bit but it beats scissoring right on the edge of plastic and metal for two minutes every time I need to change one of the little ones.

Простое, но очень нужное устройство. Сигнализатор открытой двери холодильника
Приветствую, Хабр! Данное устройство было изготовлено и установлено уже более года назад. Работает отлично и «спасает» от возможных проблем с компрессором. Предыстория такова. Шел март 2023 года, на носу день рождения супруги, полный холодильник продуктов, через пару дней ждем гостей. Открываю дверцу холодильника и понимаю, что в нем нисколько не холоднее, чем в квартире…

Just #replaced the #cmos #battery on my #slimbook #laptop.
It was a little difficult to #solder directly to the #cr2032 battery, but scraping the terminals I managed to do it. Then i heat-shrinked it and reinstalled. The new battery is a little bigger than the original one, so I reinstalled it without the thick double adhesive present from factory and it barely fitted. Hope will last longer, because the only two years if the original one were not really impressive, if you consider that my older laptop didn't have a cmos battery at all: it used the main rechargeable battery, and it's a sensible choice imho... -

It's done with a 555 and a bunch of 74 ICs. Nothing fancy.It's also totally useless, unless one needs to drain #cr2032 batteries watching #blinkenlights

Wackelige Software - okay, das haben scheinbar fast alle #ZigBee-Geräte

Ein/Aus ist unsinnig wenn der Schalter keinen haptischen Zustand hat (einzelner Taster wäre oft besser)
I/O kann man optisch kaum erkennen - man tippt IRGENDWO drauf
