I've just posted v1.1 of A Year in Farm Valley to itch.io. There are only a few minor edits to the text, but the big change is original art made specifically for the game by my nephew. If you've already downloaded the game, you can of course keep playing with the PDF you have, but feel free to download the new one, too!

I’ve been quiet the last few months, focused on getting my game to the near-complete stage for early access release. It’s very close now! The free demo on Steam has been updated with the latest changes: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3689220/Cave_Oasis_at_Shylake/
These include updated character clothes and animations, clearer progression through main story quests, and more shops, NPC dialogues, music/sound, craftables, etc. You can also glimpse where things are headed if you play through the early dust storm quests and unlock the town’s storm readiness board.
I’ve also updated the Godot version, changed the default Windows renderer to Direct3D 12, and made some optimization improvements. So if anyone tried to play the demo before and had issues, I hope you’ll try it again and let me know how it goes!
I’m working on a new trailer and other materials for full game early access release, date TBA soon!

Decided to try my hands at crafting one of those underground storage rooms I keep seeing folks make in Pokopia.
Except, I wanted to keep it relatively simple. And used Ditto walls. And have a means of crafting on the spot there.
Behold my new underground lair. It needs some enhanced lighting, which I'll deal with later.
It's just next to my house in Palette Town...which I need to clean up, cause it's a mess inside.
