Coway bidet toilet seat remote control holder.

It is too big for the remote.
The remote moves around when the button is pushed.

(Thanks Coway. Your holder is not fit for purpose. smh. )

I made a pad of expanded styrofoam measuring 71mm wide, 77mm tall and angled from ~6mm thick at the top to 7mm thick at the bottom.

This will be put in the back bottom of the holder and held in place with double sided tape.

This is a longshot, but has anyone ever tried "smarting up" a #Coway air cleaner?

I got an "airmega 150" last fall and it's been amazing - the only feature I'm kinda missing is a network connection to control it through #HomeAssistant, and maybe to get its data into HA.

I've been thinking about trying to interface an #ESP device with its internals, has anyone tried that before?

I saw a YouTube video today about someone using !silent! PC gaming fans to build an air purifier. 🤯

Put in an #esphome controller so I can link it up with #homeassistant and build them around the easily available high quality #Coway replacement filters and I'll buy ... a few?

I like the #Coway air purifier's performance. That it makes an annoying power on sound and loses some of its settings over restart unfortunately means it can't be simply controlled via a #smartplug.
And the "smart" versions require a cloud service, which is not happening.
I need an alternative. Has anyone used #ESPHome to mod them?
Or any other recommendations for use with #homeassistant?
