In den letzten Tagen habe ich (endlich?) angefangen, „Die 7 Wege zur Effektivität“ von Stephen R. #Covey zu lesen.
Ein einziger Satz aus dem ersten Kapitel blieb hängen:
„Die Art, *wie* wir das Problem sehen, ist das Problem.“
Covey bezieht sich hier auf das, was er „Persönlichkeits-Ethik“ vs. „Charakter-Ethik“ nennt: Aussenwirkung, Patentrezepte vs. Paradigmen.

the truth is, we all do all of those cycles, some things happen daily and some annually, though the most effective strategy is to do important things on a weekly basis
