My #introduction. I am the director of #onlineteaching at SUNY Online. I am interested in #onlinelearning #onlinepedagogy #instructionaldesign & #facultydevelopment . My current research project involves understanding how personal epistemic beliefs help/hinder traditional #STEM faculty transition to online teaching & learning environments. I am currently co-leading a multi-institutional project to infuse #DEI into online #coursequality rubrics. I love taking photos of my kid's face & mushrooms.
