Overview The Cities of Spicer and New London are small cities in the northern portion of Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, home to notable community amenities such as Green Lake on the east side of the former along Route 23 and the New London area and Mount Tom Observatory near Sibley State Park along Route 9 near the Route 71 corridor.

Hype for the Future 199A: City of Willmar, Minnesota

Overview The City of Willmar is a small city in and the county seat of Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, along Routes 12, 71, and 40. Today, the community is associated with a local statue of Chief Kandiyohi near the downtown area, with nearby amenities including the “Hanson” attraction and the Berger Thorson Memorial. Nearby is the Willmar Campus of Bridgewater College to the northwest. To the northeast is the Kandiyohi County Historical Society near the Route 23 corridor.
