#Couch25K #week5 a frosty misty run today, and 3x 5-minute runs. Managed to snap this on my route back ☺️ And: I’M HALFWAY THROUGH THE PLAN 🥳

#Couch25K #week4. At 0726 this morning, I completed my first run in nearly ten years of 5 minutes’ length.

At 0738 I did it again.

At 0745 I completed the first run and successfully ran for longer than I walked.

At the end of #Couch25K #week3 after repeating two of the runs. It’s starting to feel … ok? so am stepping up to week 4 on Tuesday 👍🏻

Been a bit quiet on this thread as I went to London last week and didn’t run while there (asthma++). BUT I’ve done two of the three #Couch25K #week3 runs and am heading out again on Tuesday morning 💪🏻

Repeated the second run of #Couch25K #Week2 today. Much easier than last time! 💪🏻 Run 3 is Thursday, with a possible repeat on Saturday (if not moving on to #Week3!)

After an unexpected longer wait for second run of #Couch25K #Week2 thanks to an entirely expected pub trip, I managed to time it perfectly between rain storms. The run was ok; just gotta keep going…
