  16. Trying to see if I can go to #Cosyne2026 from Glasgow by train. It is in Cascais which is near Lisbon. I can go to the south of France in train - Marseille, Toulouse, no problem. But there doesn't seem to be a way to go to Lisbon in train from anywhere in France, am I missing something??

#Trainline just suggests some horrible 20h bus ride..

    Edit: this website is great
    railfinder.eu/search?from=3729
But apparently the shortest way is already 2 days long with 8 trains total. I don't think I have it in me to do that just to speak 30 min at a conference and chat with colleagues...
