"The Running Man" 2025 is getting so-so reviews (63% on Rotten Tomatoes) but we'll still watch it because we love the work of director Edgar Wright. Here's what @IndieWire thought of the movie, an adaptation of Stephen King's 1982 novel. We want to know, which do you think is the best Edgar Wright movie? (We're excluding this one, which we assume you haven't seen, his 1995 debut, "A Fistful of Fingers," which we also assume you haven't seen, and his "Sparks" documentary.)

I'm surprised by the current result with respect to The World's End. It's got a fantastic soundtrack and the idea of a pub crawl reliving an earlier era resonates well with me. It would be my second choice behind Hot Fuzz that I actually voted for.
Also: 1% have voted "Dislike all of them." Who are these monsters?

I love the #CornettoTrilogy movies.
I especially like the endings, so subversive of genre expectations.
But I saw them ages ago, and never reflected on what they MEANT.
Honeslty, I forgot those endings except for a "that was cool" feeling.This video essay is awesome 😁
It refreshed my memories and shed a very interesting spotlight on the trilogy's themes... a thing I learned to appreciate and do in the past few years 🥰
And now I appreciate these movies even more! -
If you've not watched the Cornetto Trilogy Movies then, unfortunately, I do have to tell you that you've missed out on some of the finest cinema ever produced, or frankly is ever likely to be.
The good news is that you now know they exist and have a once in a lifetime opportunity to find out how amazing a body of work they truly are 🙂

They are probably on BitTorrent, I've not checked to be honest, but sometimes you do have to pay for quality.
