Popcorn: The Only Grain That Performs
Last weekend, the village of North Loup, Nebraska, population somewhere around three hundred, threw its 125th Annual Popcorn Days. A carnival took over Highway 11 from Friday to Sunday. "After having the historical flooding in the region in the spring of 2019, we went into drought development in the fall of 2019 and that dryness has been building ever since."
