I used to work at #JPMorganChase, until I woke up one morning and realized that I had come to a crossroads: I could either keep working there and putting money in the pockets of evil billionaires, or I could be a good person and find somewhere else to work. It took me a while to get out and find a new employer, but that was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

It all comes down to #CoreValues. If your current employer's policies are at odds with your core values, you should find a new employer. You might not find one right away, but the sooner you start searching and applying, the sooner you'll find an employer whose values align with your own, and the sooner you can quit working for #TheBadGuys.

Life often encourages us to spend all our energy on chasing what we want, but we seldom pause to wonder — if we get what we chase, will it make us happy? Be kind to yourself and take a moment to contemplate what would make you happy if you got it, then compare it with what you chase. The result may be unexpected.
