Denn Scootern/Rollern ist ohne Rumpfstabilität und Kraft in Armen und Beinen schon auch ein bisschen ungesund. 😅 Und ich habe seit 5 Wochen Probleme mit Rücken (BWS, HWS) und Arm (jupp, schon den ganzen Urlaub lang). Bis zum Physio-Termin muss ich aber noch ein bisschen durchhalten. 😓
