  6. Heute haben alle bisschen Fitness gemacht. Ylvi und Bounty Kraft und Koordination im Garten, ich bisschen Kraft im Haus. Denn Scootern/Rollern ist ohne Rumpfstabilität und Kraft in Armen und Beinen schon auch ein bisschen ungesund. 😅 Und ich habe seit 5 Wochen Probleme mit Rücken (BWS, HWS) und Arm (jupp, schon den ganzen Urlaub lang). Bis zum Physio-Termin muss ich aber noch ein bisschen durchhalten. 😓

    Cocoon Crunch 👍

    Inhale, then exhale as you engage your core and lift your head, shoulders, and legs off the ground simultaneously.

    Bring your knees towards your chest as you reach your hands towards your ankles, forming a “cocoon” shape with your body.

    Inhale as you slowly release back to the starting position, lowering your head, shoulders, and legs.
