@jon @wakame To be honest, my first thought when I read that they ignored the EXIF data you provided is that they're scaring you into paying. They're what's known as a #CopyrightTroll. They can't even do proper research. And it's not a law firm.
Maybe reach out to their client (I assume they're mentioned in the mail) and talk it through with the proof you have.
Good luck, this must be nerve wracking.
