St-Denis Pleyel : la facture d'électricité 2024 a un surcoût inexpliqué de 288 K€ pris en charge par IDFM. Les défauts des compteurs à l'intérieur n'ont pas permis de répartir la facture entre l'exploitant de la gare (Keolis), l'opérateur de la ligne 14 et RATP Infra... #copro

- après que le syndic ait fait des travaux sur une de mes parties privatives sans me prévenir/contre ma volonté, pour bénéficier à mon voisin/membre du conseil syndical, sans rien dire aux 2 autres membres du conseil
- que le syndic me demande de payer 1 an après
- qu’il se justifie avec des arguments mensongers et fallacieux
- que j’ai passé bp de temps (Légifrance, dossier UFC/Que Choisir, conciliation…) à gérer le truc
- que le reste du conseil reste silencieux
La suite: + honteuse: -
