  1. My A4091 PRs are here, alongside other bugfixes and minor new features contributed to #Copperline:

    I feel like I've become a 10x engineer: 1x human, 9x AI 🤖

Plus, I'm also learning lots and lots of low-level details on SCSI, the Zorro bus and Autoconfig :amiga:

  3. Claude also figured how to extend the custom #Copperline GUI to configure the new controller.

All I had to do was sharing screenshots and decide whether we'd support A2091 + A4091 in parallel or exclusively.

  5. I've shown Claude the source code of the ncr7xx CLI tool, and it figured out on its own how to use its testsuite to validate the emulated A4091 controller.

Claude knows the #m68k architecture inside and out, and surprisingly also knows the #Amiga hardware and #AmigaOS very well.

Then, I used the #Copperline A4091 emulation as reference to to fill-in some gaps in the existing Amiberry / WinUAE implementation...

...and even to fix a bug in the ncr7xx tool!

  7. Last week I used Claude Fable to vibe-code A4091 SCSI controller emulation for #Copperline, a new #Amiga emulator written in #Rust. :amiga:
