Microsoft Copilot Studio is officially no longer under Power Platform - at least when it comes to roadmap communication.
The Release Planner website and its API won't return any results for Copilot Studio or related Microsoft agent products as the release items now live under the Microsoft 365 roadmap from July 2 onward.
Which, unfortunately, also breaks the Release Plans Browser community website I maintain:
