I love how me asking what their plan for food is, is turned into me being a controlling, infantilising parent 🙄
I just wanted to check if Tim had anything planned, because they’re meeting a bit later today, because of appointments. I didn’t want to make something, or suggest they get something In between appointments if he had plans.

So, my ex husband hasn’t been talking to me since April, I asked if they wanted to meet and talk about it, and find a way forward, but he didn’t want to. And I asked if I should only message if to do with the kids, to which he said yes.
He’s coming to my house tomorrow, as the kids want to show him some things, and stuff on the PlayStation. I mrassaged him saying I could go out of that was better for him. He said he’s ok with me being there (thanks 😑)

3 Good Things, Thanksgiving Edition
1. Shared land, honored spirit; we are in a turmoil of land and habitation and stewardship that is centuries and millennia old, and I believe that's what we are here to reimagine. I appreciate the land, its spirit, and the opportunity to reimagine.
2. My son was born during Thanksgiving dinner, and sometimes his birthday and the holiday coincide; this is one of those years. He's a wonderful and appreciative soul. Both kids are (his brother was born on Indian Republic Day, aligning with my side of the family). Appreciating family today.
3. My children are descended from Mayflower people on their dad's side and that has been both a conflict and a blessing - today, I recognize the blessing in the invitation to be part of a larger conversation about who we are. I appreciate the whole weave.#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings @3goodthings

Update, youngest has been called upon to act in an understudy role tonight in the last night of the school play performance, as well as his other smaller roles. We have some serious energy and excitement going on in our household right now!
