Weltklimakonferenz COP wird wegen Streits über Klimahilfen verlängert

Auf der UN-Klimakonferenz gehen die schwierigen Verhandlungen in die Verlängerung. Gestritten wird vor allem über finanzielle Hilfen für Entwicklungsländer. Ein Vorschlag über 250 Milliarden Dollar wurde als "trauriger Witz" bezeichnet.
